Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) introduces the Le Pont Residences Pasig with a bang! It is the company’s first premium high-rise property to rise in Pasig City, one of the busiest cities in Metro Manila.
The project is a 50-floor residential condominium tower catering to some of Metro Manila’s elite and leisure seekers. The Bridgetowne is a 31-hectare master-planned mixed-use community owned and developed by Robinsons Land. The upscale condo community of Le Pont Residences will be a 2-tower development inside the Bridgetowne estate. The first tower is launched in late January this year (2023), which will house 431 condo units in varying sizes, including penthouse units.
Le Pont Residences Pasig offers a wide range of condo residential units that include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units. These residential units are in Low Zone, Mid Zone, High Zone, and Penthouse Zone (with Bi-level units) that range in size from 46sqm to 308sqm. All units have a balcony, while selected units have two to four balconies, a unique feature in a strategic location, such as Pasig City. The first tower of Le Pont Residences is expected to be turned over to buyers by the second quarter of 2029.

The residential units at Le Pont Residences are distributed in Low Zone, Mid-Zone, High Zone, and Penthouse Zone. Units come in one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom suites with sizes ranging from 46sqm to 380sqm. Le Pont offers the biggest floor area ranges in Metro Manila with the least dense units on every floor. All units have a balcony, while selected units have two, three, or four balconies.
